Saudi: Over 300 COVID-19 patients face fine/jail term for violations
More than 300 COVID-19 patients will be fined 200,000 riyals each and/or jailed for two years for violating isolation and quarantine rules after being infected with coronavirus, local media reported.
According to Okaz newspaper, 335 people were found violating isolation and quarantine rules in five regions — Tabuk (23 violators), Hail (5) Eastern region (200 ) Medina (16) and Mecca (91).
