The Ministry of Health has registered 1,959 new coronavirus cases and 40 deaths in Oman.
The total cases in the country have now touched 270,504 including 236,988 recoveries and 3,140 deaths, according to MOH.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH.
