Kuwait reports 1,661 new COVID-19 cases, 6 deaths

The Kuwait Ministry of Health on Saturday reported 1,661 new COVID-19 cases and six related deaths, raising the total cases to 349,923 and total deaths to 1,919.

The ministry also reported 1,689 recoveries, taking the overall number of recoveries to 329,423.

The number of hospitalised COVID-19 patients currently stands at 18,5581, with 265 of them in intensive care units, the ministry said.
