The walk took place at Qatar’s crescent-shaped Iconic Katara Towers in Lusail.
Estonian native and 3-time Slackline World Champion, Jaan Roose, walked the world’s longest LED Sparkline in Qatar.
The walk took place at the crescent-shaped Iconic Katara Towers in Lusail.
Roose’s motto, ‘everything is hard before it’s easy,’ proved to be his guiding force as he hovered above Qatar’s landscape at a height of over 195 meters.
Balancing himself on a 150-meter line, he showcased his mastery of the challenging sport, setting a new benchmark for urban Slackline stunts.
“I am overjoyed with how it played out. It was a true test of my skills and determination,” Roose said.
The Sparkline Walk, a groundbreaking spectacle, debuted as the longest walk on a single building, further adding to the glory of the occasion.
This event was part of an action-packed calendar of global events in Qatar.
With several key sporting events lined up for 2023, including the Qatar MotoGP, AFC Asian Cup, Qatar Formula 1 Grand Prix, and Geneva International Motor Show, the nation is gearing up for sports enthusiasts.
