UAE reports 1,766 new Covid-19 cases, 3 deaths

The Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 1,766 COVID-19 after conducting 211,462  additional tests over the past 24 hours, bringing the caseload in the UAE to 532,710.

‏The ministry said that 3 virus-infected patients had passed away, raising the overall death toll to  1,607 since the outbreak of the pandemic in the UAE.  No information was provided on the ages of those who died or if they suffered any preexisting health conditions.

It announced that 1,728 infected people had fully recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 513,068.
