Bahrain: Smart Devices to Nab Municipal Violators

The Northern area’s municipality started using smart portable electronic monitoring devices to register all types of municipal violations.

The municipality added that the devices are used to monitor and follow-up all types of municipal violations and to provide an integrated database about them. It noted that the devices can also check the status of the violations at the site where the inspectors are located through one electronic portal.
